Wilmette Auto Body

From start to finish, the experience was smooth & as painless as possible. The estimate process with Dean got the ball rolling in a positive direction. Coordinating repair dates with Sabrina, and her consistent progress updates throughout the process, all maintained the positivity. On time completion of repairs and easy pickup procedures wrapped things up in the same immensely positive manner. High quality work from somehow even higher quality people.

5 stars for Dean and Crew! I had a cracked windshield from a fallen tree branch that was supposed to be an easy fix with Safelite...turns out some corrosion along the frame would've left me with a compromised seal with potential leaks and Safelite recommended FIRST going to a body shop. Since I work walking distance from Wilmette Autobody...I thought I'd give them a shot. Glad I did! Super fair price to repair the rust/corrosion and made scheduling my visit with Safelite super easy (they simply installed windshield at Wilmette Autobody). Job was done in a day! Thanks guys!

Great experience with this auto body shop. They explained and efficiently fixed what ended up being a minor issue with my car's trim. Very refreshing after dealing with an unhelpful car dealer's service department. Thank you!

Sabrina and the team at Wimette Auto Body did a fantastic job. After someone backed into my wife’s VW Atlas we found Wilmette Auto Body. They quickly ordered us (2) new doors and the required parts and got the repairs done quickly and paid by the at fault drivers insurance. Highly recommend for anyone in the area needing help with collision repair.

Wilmette Auto Body is the best body shop I’ve worked with. I came in with a theft recovery claim and Dean’s team, especially Nick and Sabrina, guided me through every step. They were transparent, kept me updated, and I always knew exactly what was being done to my car. What impressed me most is their honesty. They make sure the money you spend actually goes toward what your car needs, and they don’t push unnecessary repairs. Even my insurance adjuster spoke highly of them and recommended them, despite the shop not being on their preferred list. In the past they have usually pushed me towards the ones in their “network”. Exceptional service, great communication, and real integrity. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else and I commuted all the way from Chicago.
